While our clifftop location enjoys plenty of sunshine, we're fully prepared for Wellington's changeable weather. The Lodge provides a stunning indoor ceremony space with panoramic views, and we always have comprehensive wet-weather plans ready.

We recommend booking 12-18 months ahead for premium dates (summer weekends). Midweek weddings and winter celebrations often have more flexible availability.

We provide parking for up to 10 cars on-site (including vendor vehicles). However, we strongly recommend organising return transfers via luxury coach, van, or helicopter to ensure all guests arrive safely and can fully enjoy your celebration.

Our styling package includes placemats, napkins, premium cutlery, elegant crockery, glassware, bread plates, tapered candles, tea lights, and fresh native greenery for each place setting. Use all elements or select pieces to complement your personal styling vision.

We provide rectangular tables which are ideal for The Lodge's layout. There are two sizes: • Standard tables: 1750mm length • Extended tables:2400mm length Table arrangements depend on your chosen seating plan (detailed information available in your wedding planner).

Your exclusive venue access runs from 9am until midnight. Our staff handle venue preparation and cleaning. If a small amount of decorating is required, items can be delivered during your rehearsal with our team handling placement. For extensive personal styling, we recommend hiring a decorator or designating family members to handle setup on your behalf.

As we're located on a working farm, pets can participate in ceremonies if they're on a leash and up-to-date with deworming treatments. We recommend hiring a pet-sitter to arrive with the pet just before the wedding to then depart straight after photos. Please note: pets cannot enter The Lodge dining area.
